コスメトロジー研究助成事業では、美と健康に関する科学的探究を通じて、人々のより豊かな生活の実現をめざしています。
コスメトロジーの理論的な体系化や、幅広い分野の調査研究を支援するとともに、国際的な交流を積極的に推進し、研究成果や資料の普及を通じて化粧文化の発展と学術の深化に寄与してまいります。
The Cosmetology Research Grant Program contributes to empowering individuals' lives through scientific research into beauty and health.
We will support the theoretical organization of cosmetology and research in a variety of fields. We will also actively promote international exchange, contributing to the development of cosmetic culture and the advancement of academic knowledge by disseminating research results and materials.

研究助成事業
コスメトロジーは、自然・人文・社会三科学にまたがる学際的な研究領域にあり、幅広い学問分野の研究者が集い融合することで発展していくものです。本助成事業では、様々な専門分野の研究者にコスメトロジー研究への参画を呼びかけ、人々の健康や美容の増進に役立ち、美しく豊かな生活の実現に貢献が期待される研究課題を支援しています。
Cosmetology is an interdisciplinary research field that spans the natural, human, and social sciences. It develops through the gathering and fusion of researchers from various academic fields. This grant program encourages researchers from many specialized fields to participate in cosmetology research, and supports projects expected to improve health and beauty, contributing to beautiful and fulfilling lives.
特定課題
研究助成事業
人々の健康的で美しく豊かな生活の実現をめざして、近未来に課題解決が期待されるテーマを「特定課題」として設定し、この課題に独創的・先駆的発想をもって果敢に取り組む研究プロジェクトに対して助成を行います。
We provide grants for challenging research projects expected to be completed in the near future. This Specified Research Grant Program aims to realize healthy, beautiful, and fulfilling lives for people by supporting original and pioneering ideas.
国際交流助成事業
コスメトロジーおよび関連する分野の研究に取組む研究者の海外派遣費用もしくは留学費用、ならびにコスメトロジーに関連する海外研究者を日本国内に招聘する費用を助成しています。

奨励賞
本財団のコスメトロジー研究助成採択者の中から、論文発表を通してコスメトロジー研究の発展に功績があった研究者を表彰しています。
The Foundation awards this prize to researchers who have contributed to the advancement of cosmetology research by publishing their papers.
功労表彰（小林孝三郎賞）
功労表彰（小林孝三郎賞）は、コスメトロジーや関連分野で独創的研究に成果を上げ、高評価を得た研究者、または化粧品業界で学術的功績が顕著な研究者を対象とした褒賞です。（本褒賞事業は終了しております。）
This award is given to researchers who have achieved notable academic results in cosmetology and related fields, or who have been recognized for their outstanding original research in the cosmetics industry.
